Jim is the Founder and High Priest of the South Street Circle, and the Organizer of Philly’s, “Samhain Witches Ball.” A life-long ritualist, Jim serves on the Board of Directors for Philadelphia Pagan Pride in his role of ritual coordinator, and frequently performs Rites of Passage within his community.

Jim is also a professor at the prestigious Grey School of Wizardry, where he teaches Magickal Practice, Lore, Psychic Arts, Beast-Mastery, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. He is the Dean of the Dark Arts Department.

Jim is an initiate within the Ash, Birch, and Willow Tradition of Witchcraft, and holds a 2nd Degree within the Cabot Academy of Witchcraft in Salem, MA. He studied Demonology at The School of Parapsychology, and is currently deepening his knowledge of Paranormal Science under Chris McKinnell, the Grandson of Ed & Lorraine Warren and CEO of the Warren Legacy Foundation for Paranormal Research.

An avid writer, Jim’s works have been featured in Green Egg Magazine, “Brigid’s Light,” The Cabot Kent Hermetic Temple Newsletter, and two books by Oberon Zell. He is currently working on a book of his own.

When presented with ever-elusive “spare time,” Jim enjoys writing and performing Pagan music. He performed one of his more popular songs, “Samhain” on the Oculus Alchemy television show in NYC. A Wizard who wears many hats, Jim also owns and operates Mandragora: A Witch Shoppe, through which he provides premium occult goods and services.

Hailing from Spanish, Indigenous, African, and Panamanian family traditions of divination, conjure, healing, and witchcraft, Silver Wheel has devoted her entire life to magick and healing work. She has a love for researching and bridging together different paths for a greater understanding of the occult.

She can be found assisting people with her intuitive and learned skills such as tarot, crystal reiki, crystal ball reading, tea leaf reading, candle reading, bone throwing, mirror scrying, dice divination, and other forms of psychic work. She includes incantations, breathing exercises, affirmations, visualization, and simple spell work as needed.

Silver Wheel has been recognized as a 2nd Degree Priestess within a New England Celtic Tradition since 2023.

A self-described sorcerer, and forever a student of the arcane arts, Jay follows a spiritual path that is a blend of Wicca, folk & chaos magic. 

He is an ordained member of the Church of Spiritual Humanism, a card-carrying member of The Satanic Temple, and has served as the President & Local Coordinator for Philadelphia Pagan Pride since 2019. 

Jay has been attending South St Circle gatherings since 2019 and has become a key organizational member. Additionally, he works within the magical currents of the Domus Kaotica - Marauder Underground (DKMU), a community of occultists dedicated to making the world more magical.
