Who Are We?
Founded in 2017 by Jim "Raven" Stefanowicz on the night of the Winter Solstice, the South Street Circle is a Neo-Pagan ritual group based in Philadelphia who gather together to celebrate the Sabbats (seasonal tides of power) in a close-knit communal setting.
Our Mission
The mission of the South Street Circle is to build and maintain fellowship within the Philadelphia Pagan Community at large by offering a "safe" ritual space, void of judgement, through which Pagans and/or Witches of all paths may come together to honor the Old Ways.
